The primary technical challenge was structuring a massive amount of data—schedules, vendor lists, and locations—within a single-page layout. I implemented modular code components and optimized asset delivery to ensure lightning-fast load times, which is critical for users accessing the site via mobile networks during live events.
I integrated custom Map API features and a dynamic RSVP logic system. This allows organizers to collect attendee data efficiently while providing users with one-click navigation to the venue. The UI was engineered with a "thumb-friendly" philosophy to prioritize ease of use on mobile devices.
